Wedding Day Management Services

Investment starting at $1,200 (travel feels may apply)

This is perfect for couples who have planned their whole wedding and just want to sit back and relax on their wedding day! During our meetings, we will go over all of your wedding plans and details so we can help bring your vision to life. This service starts 2 months before your wedding date to make sure all logistics are finalized on time.

Planning Process:

Our initial meeting will be to go over your wedding plans and vendors, discuss any questions you may have, and start working on our logistics plan. We will meet a couple of more times, either by phone, in person, or video, to finalize the logistics and details. I will reach out to your vendors to inquire on any last minute questions and distribute the wedding timeline.

Additional service during this time period:

• Unlimited emails/text/phone calls in case you have any questions or need advice

• Access to client electronic file

• 1 site visit to review the flow and create a layout if needed

• Wedding website review

• 1 hour rehearsal management to make sure you and your wedding party are all on the same page the day of your wedding

Wedding Day:

• Wedding day management of ceremony and reception

• 1 lead coordinator and assistant(s) up until the start of open dance

• Greet and be a point of contact for your vendors

• Coordinate final payments and/or tips for vendors

• Assist the couple and wedding party as needed prior to the ceremony

• Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for couple, wedding party, and parents

• Set up personal items such as card box, photos, guest book, place cards, table numbers, and seating chart

• Collect personal items and gifts and give them to the designated person or location prior to departure

• Services ends at open dance
